Please Love The Useless Me / Dame na Watashi ni Koishite Kudasai Preview

Michio (Kyoko Fukada) loses her job after her previous employer went bankrupt- in order to keep supporting her younger boyfriend and with all of her savings almost gone, she’s forced to accept a part time job at a teamroom which is run by a former boss of hers, Ayumu, (Dean Fujioka) who inherited it from his grandmother.

Michio was intimidated by Ayumi’s strict nature since the previous time she was working for him, but him helping her out of the troubles she gets herself into and co-operating together in the tearoom allow them both to get to know each other better.

I didn’t know that this was gonna come out in January so I was surprised to find out that it’s only a couple of days away loool. (I even flanked my “homework” for the upcoming January series, old habits DIE HARD!)

Honestly I wasn’t planning on recapping/reviewing anything else than what I posted [here] but I got a soft spot for Nakahara, since Love Com was one of the first shojo manga I read back in my highschool days. I haven’t read Dame Na Watashi yet (actually, apart from Attack on Titan and Bleach I haven’t had the time to read anything else lately, eeeer) but if it is anything similar to Love Com, then it’s ought to be hilarious.

Fujioka is always welcome to grace my screen and I’m looking forward to him being grumpy while cooking. Fukakyon is supposed to play a gullible yet stubborn woman from what I got from the description, so it will be nice to see how they’re gonna end up being attracted to each other.

Will Shohei play the younger boyfriend taking advantage of Michio or some other character entirely? Guess I’ll just have to wait two days to see.

Onwards to the premiere then, and here’s hoping that the script is gonna deliver!

"There's nothing greater in life than loving another; it leads to love for your fellow people, your country..and the whole world."

I'm pretty outgoing from what I've been told; unless, you bad-mouth Ayase. Or Gakky. Or Ueto. Or Tori. Or Masaki. Or Kame. Hmmm, the or-thing is actually endless! You get the gist of it, right? ; p

Is this based on a manga? I think I’ve read it before
