Kwon's Thoughts

[Important Message] ~ The Art of Time Traveling, Editing, Copy/Paste and more Dramaland Stories.

bscap1122They definitely know what they are doing and it slightly gets darker. They are not as naive as they appear to be, they are rather methodical in their moves and the way their copy/paste interactions with the articles of sites and blogs progress. Not only do they copy/paste the articles of other sites, blogs and authors, they also want to make them appear as if zkpop.com posted them first online in order to possibly claim their originality. This happens when the recaps of a site and/or blog have progressed as episodes pass by. Once that site finds its next target it strips off the article from some of its integral parts such as its first paragraph and starts “its” article right from the second one. This is what happens when the site or the blog has already posted its own article and zkpop.com can’t turn back the time to make it appear as if it was posted there for the first time. Are you ready to find out their time traveling technique which has nothing to do with time traveling and it’s a mere excuse of a flimsy display of power?

bscap1518

Let’s see the viciously “adopted” children of mine one after the other in chronological order and per drama. I will start with My Beautiful Bride because only 3 episode recaps were “adopted.” But i will need your cooperation fellow readers, please check the photos by clicking on them for full resolution to get the whole meaning.

bscap1469

My article was posted on the 10th of July and that site presented it as one of their articles on the 11th of the same month, they simply took off the twofold picture i made for the article. On the left side are the pictures of dramajjang, on the right side are the pictures of gargoyles.

When it comes to the 6th episode recap, they managed to present it as their own during the same day, on the 11th of July. Once again, they only took off the picture of the starting paragraph since i was the one to turn it to life, along with the rest of the article, but that’s another frightening story bloggers will be telling to their children if they don’t eat their food. One again, on the left side are the pictures of dramajjang, on the right side are some black holes in space.

da real thing 2 plagiarism3da real thing 7  plagiarism4

The same thing happened to my 8th episode recap, they managed to present it as their own on the same day, the 15th of July. The picture of the first paragraph was taken off because it was too romantic and the rest remained the same. Once again, on the left side are the pictures of dramajjang and on the right side is a drama plot you’ve seen countless times.

This was the short story of My Beautiful Bride and the story of My Love Eun Dong begins, it’s more intriguing and rather insightful on the way that site works and kidnaps the mental children of other authors coming from a wide variety of sites and blogs. Things are going to get more spicy, are you ready? There’s going to be some chili too, but i will soothe you with papaya!

bscap1165

One day, on the 8th of June, Kwon fell for his love, Eun Dong. He decided to write a first impressions article about the drama which consisted of his thoughts and a mini recap part per decade! It was about 1995, 2005 and 2015! So far, so good, so what? That! On the 12th of June that site came and thought that article was too complicated, so they took the 2015 part and resented it as a recap of the 3rd episode of the drama, the first lines in the introduction aren’t mine, everything begins from 2015 and on and this year feels like my personal 2046. Here come the pictures of the aforementioned parts of dramajjang, the first paragraph and the openings of the 3 decades.

And this is what happened.

And this is what followed. Dramajjang on the left, crocodiles on the right.

 da real thing 13plagiarism8

And Kwon thought that My Love Eun Dong was interesting to say the least and decided to keep writing about it, but they didn’t become my guests on the 5th recap, they started from the 6th one after they butchered my first impressions article. Kwon posted the 6th recap on the 18th of June and it was a beautiful day, i’m just saying, i don’t remember how it was that day. That site came on the 19th of June and thought that my first paragraph wasn’t good enough, they took it off and presented the article as if it was theirs by simply starting from my second paragraph. Once again, on the left side (and in the center) you can see dramajjang, on the right side it’s an alien.

da real thing 14 plagiarism9 da real thing 15da real thing 16plagiarism10

Kwon thought that the signs on the horizon were fertile and the 20th of June became the day My Love Eun Dong’s 7th recap came to the surface. One day later, on the 21st of June, that site thought that my first paragraph will never be enough to twinkle their souls and took it off. That site presented my article as their own starting from my second paragraph. On the left side (and in the center) you can see pictures of dramajjang, on the right side you will notice mosquitoes.

da real thing 17 plagiarism11da real thing 18da real thing 19plagiarism12

On the 22nd of June Kwon posted My Love Eun Dong’s 8th recap! On the 24th of the same month that site thought that this dude must be quite self-obsessed for putting first paragraphs! Why use the first paragraph when you can start from the second one? Second is the new first, ahoy! Once again, my article lost its first paragraph and it was presented as theirs starting right from the second one. On the left side (and in the center) you can see dramajjang, on the right side lies a cemetery.

da real thing 20  plagiarism13da real thing 21 da real thing 22 plagiarism14

Kwon’s 9th and 10th recaps were so useless they didn’t even bother to copy them, that’s why they didn’t paste them. It must had been quite a dilemma. It wasn’t, there was a plan and dramajjang isn’t the only victim. Check the picture bellow, it’s from that site, it says it’s a recap, but all it has is just a few lines and a video of the preview of Mask’s 17th episode! Guess what, yes, you guessed correctly. It waits patiently to be edited when a forthcoming recap of another author gets published! I will become more specific in a while. In this picture you can see the incomplete side of malfunction.

MASK

Musical break with Big Byung in the house!

At some point Kwon started paying attention to Joo Jin Mo’s unearthly screams which echoed all over the place: EunDongaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah! This started on the 2nd of July just for fun and this cosmogony took place on twitter and alongside some valiant EunDongians we tried to make it trend, we knew it was a lost case, but we made it trend among ourselves! It’s something!

EUNDONGAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH

Kwon posted his own 11th episode recap on the 5th of July and that site came on the 3rd of July to present it as its own! Wait, what? You wrote it on the 5th of July and they copied and pasted on the 3rd of July? What kind of trick is that? The trick isn’t really a trick, they make posts with the name of the drama, the number of the episode saying it’s a recap, like on Mask’s 17th episode’s no-cap; for now. The day Kwon posted his own article that site came, copied and pasted and they simply edited their already existing post, making it look as if “their” article was posted 2 days before Kwon posted the recap he wrote on his own!

In the center you can see the epitome of whatever.

plagiarism0level

On the left is always dramajjang, on the right the time traveling machine!

  da real thing 23plagiarism15

And here you can see that site whose pictures come from… dramajjang of course, because Kwon likes to take screen-caps, i am Bruce Printscreen.

plagiarism16

Kwon posted his very own recap of the 12th episode on the 9th of July and that site came on the… 4th of July and managed to present it as their own! Once again, the time traveling machine never really existed and it was a post that was edited, making it look as it they posted it first! This time they used both the picture i made especially for the occasion and the first paragraph. Kwon finally learned how to write good first paragraphs! On the left you can see dramajjang, on the right there’s a chasm.

da real thing 24 plagiarism17

And here is the picture i made for my own recap and it was given birth on the same day i wrote, proofread and posted my own article, on the 9th of July. Since the picture was made on the 9th of July how could that site have it on the 4th of the same month?

huh

On the 11th of July Kwon posted his own recap about the 13th episode and one day before it was posted that site presented as its own. On the left it’s always dramajjang, on the right thorns. It’s always the same method, they make a post with the appropriate title waiting for the author to post her/his own article and then that site edits “its own.”

da real thing 25 plagiarism19

On the 14th of July Kwon decided the time had arrived to write his own recap on My Love Eun Dong’s 14th episode, 14th of July, 14th episode, conspiracy? No, just me being Kwon.

 da real thing 26

And that site came on the 11th of July to take away what Kwon wrote on the 14th of the same month. Same… method, different day. But this time they didn’t like the picture i made.

plagiarism21

During this episode Joo Jin Mo mentioned Greece as the ideal place for Eun Dong’s mother to go on vacation and since i am from this place of the world i felt kind of happy. Then he mentioned Italy as next year’s destination and i was more than glad since i love my Italian neighbors! Of course, i expressed these vibes in my recap.

da reall thing 27

But that site which is based somewhere else has the same thoughts as me about Greece and Italy, two countries which oddly enough aren’t even close to that site’s base! Or maybe, just maybe, there’s a conspiracy when Italy and Greece turn into floating islands during summer roaming around the world from ocean to ocean, from sea to sea; current through current!

plagiarism23

And we arrive on the 15th episode of My Love Eun Dong! Kwon decided to write, finalize and post it on the 19th of July before getting prepared for a re-exam which was almost successful, but for a tiny bit it wasn’t.

da real thing 28

Two days before, on the 17th of July, that site, always with the same method, took away from Kwon “beforehand” but always in advance what is rightfully his own, his words and thoughts. Of course, they steal our bandwidth too using the photos i personally screen-capped as if there was no tomorrow.

plagiarism25 plagiarism26

The picture you can see below was screen-capped by Kwon on the 19th of July early in the morning, because yes, many times it ends up being late while still finishing my recaps. But that site took it away on the 17th of July? Once again, the same method of the already existing post waiting to be edited.

15 18

But Kwon can delete his own picture any time from dramajjang and re-upload it with another name and everything will be fine with his own article!

17

Since Kwon deleted it, if you click on that very specific screen-cap on that site; boom! The picture’s nowhere to be found! But it can be on dramajjang! I like the picture below.

16

If you wonder why they don’t have My Love Eun Dong’s recap on the 16th episode it is because Kwon hasn’t written it yet and hasn’t watched the episode either as a silent personal protest.

bscap1164

As i am writing these lines that site hasn’t given up, they keep on uploading recaps and reviews which were never theirs in the first place and never will be. Even though they haven’t found the 17th episode’s recap when it comes to Mask, this doesn’t prevent them from already making the necessary post about the 18th episode’s no-cap of Mask!

huehuehue

I never wanted to become a detective, but these brave doses of reality which were infused in dramaland’s precious veins forced me to do it, i am innocent. I hope this article was insightful enough on how they “work,” because they don’t only want to copy/paste someone else’s articles, they also want to make them appear as if they were their own in the first place.

Bae Soo Bin never really said.

bscap0814bscap0815 bscap0816bscap0817

Hey, all of you, i cannot thank you enough, i will never be able to do so for this massive punch of love you formed concerning this incident, but i love you twice as the sun in distance, weight, size, magnitude and brightness. I send all this love to you in the speed of light!

bscap0750

Concluding, a nightly yet captivating song from My Beautiful Bride.

Always yours,

Kwon Sang Seung.

This reminds me of what happened with a writer acquaintance. She wrote her novel and some guy in India who had written a novel two years before, copied whole scenes from my acquaintance’s novel then reuploaded an “edited version” of his “novel” which included the scenes from my acquaintance’s novel. Then he complained to Amazon that his novel was being plagiarized — although he was the plagiarizer– and he told them that he had uploaded his novel two years earlier. Amazon shut down my acquaintance’s book. There was an investigation and the truth came out. Apparently the internet can lie and lie but the truth can always be found, as you’ve just shown. Still, it’s such a violation. And the arrogance and evil of some people just amazes me.

It’s definitely in a like-minded vein! I am so glad the truth came out, it would be such a shame for such a person who claims to be a “writer” to emerge victorious over someone else’s purity of soul which was stolen! Sometimes such incidents makes you wonder if mankind can be saved and the answer is somewhat negative 😛

As Carole above says, proof will always be there, in some form or other. Keep gathering proof, pictures, video, anything and I hope we all manage to shut down the less-than-cat-piss who thinks their pathetic theft will remain unnoticed.

All of us should gather as much proof as possible in order to be stronger against that black hole in dramaland’s space! I hope so too, that site is the work of evil!

There are some terribly shitty people out there. I can only hope that as we retweet, share and comment on the despicable nature of that site, the word gets out and people will stop visiting it. I’d like to see them copy this article on their so-called blog. But be strong and don’t let this get you down too much. You have our support and I’m sure your audience knows where to read your recaps 🙂

To be honest, i didn’t expect something like that, not to that extent, but it does happen in dramaland too and to that shameless extent. Let’s hope people will stop going there and that site will drown in its own murky waters. Hahaha, that would be so awesome, maybe i should had posted it as a drama recap XD I will try to work on a recap the following days, but with hidden messages, something like 1 line per paragraph after the first 4-5 paragraphs XD Thank you SO much for your thoughts and support, they are deeply appreciated!! 🙂 I should start gathering my powers for a drama-related post sooner or later. These two posts exhausted me, especially the second one.

OMG. You know what you should do now that they’re doing it: make grammatical and spelling errors on PURPOSE. And then, when they take it from here, correct them on your site and see what happens. Because for some reason, I see someone going “hey, you seem to have a lot of errors in your post,” and then the blackhole in space goes, “OH THAT WASN’T US, WE TOOK IT FROM (INSERT NAME HERE).”

    • July 24, 2015 at 12:51 am — Reply

Hahaha, turning a recap into a grammar hell and then leave them hanging in there while i will have corrected everything on my own xD Trollcap 😛

Hidden text could be fun & there are ways to do it and then unhide. It would serve them right (but hurt your loyal fans) if you made your content password protected.

These people are a lot more evil than I had imagined. Honestly, if I was going to steal someone’s content and represent it as my own I would use WordPress’s scheduler to backdate posts. I would not have thought to make these empty posts and then copy & paste once the site I’m stealing from posted their’s. Evilly clever that they figured out a better way. It’s so shameful that people use their brains for such duplicitous means instead of for doing something good in this world.

You know, it would be hilarious if these guys created their “original” post before the episode even aired in Korea to try to claim the recap as their own work. Try explaining that one, I don’t think they could talk their way out of that.

    • July 24, 2015 at 12:58 am — Reply

Hidden text must be a jedi technique when it comes to posting everything you have to say!
Yup, i hadn’t imagined how evil they were until i noticed that some of my stolen recaps where stolen before they were written XD I am not aware of that backdating aspect in the scheduler, but then again, you are countless times more experienced when it comes to computing than me! 😀 Hahaha! That would be even more hilarious! A recap even before the episode has aired, the third eye of a drama recapper XD

This is news to me, well not really since i’ve seen such occurrences before (i’ve even come across a couple instances where the contents are translated to another language but the images used are the same — not sure if it’s also considered plagiarism), but wow they dare to copy-paste everything, even down to DB’s song of the day! smh.

I don’t check every single post you mentioned here as i don’t support such sites and don’t want my curious clicks contribute to their gains — i bet you spend a lot of time screen-capturing these! — but just by a few glances at the words and pictures we can already tell it’s identical. I thought they just backdate the posts like what we can do here in WP, but going as far as creating empty pages beforehand so as to appear as if they post them first is… so smart of them. Ha

Sorry for the rant ;( It’s infuriating every time things like this happens, such as the neverending cases of stolen (fan)subs. If they want to share, they can follow what Ikurate does for example…

    • July 24, 2015 at 3:07 pm — Reply

Hm, judging from personal experience, when i was writing for a music site i was contacted by one of the admins that a magazine wanted to use some of my reviews translated so the process was for that magazine to get the site’s okay at first and then my okay which was a more powerful one as i was the author. So i think even in translation it does matter, it’s just way more difficult to be spotted! 😀 Yes!!! Even stealing the song of the day part was just… i can’t even express it XD
You did well for not checking the posts on that site! I just put the names of the ones that were stolen. Yup, my eyes went down by 1 level as i was working on all those screenshots, it took more time than expected, but i couldn’t step back! I wasn’t aware of backdating in WP and still i’m not since i haven’t checked it, but it is something like making a post giving a generic idea of what will follow once the real content of the post will appear?
There’s nothing to be sorry about “ranting,” i would never see it that way! 😀 IKurate is exemplary in what they do, they don’t only spread the word of what recaps/reviews you can find around, they also give proper credit 🙂 Thanks SO much for sharing your thoughts and expressing your support, it is deeply appreciated! 🙂

      • July 24, 2015 at 4:46 pm — Reply

The one that i saw was on personal blog and i don’t think it’s done with permission even if credit and link are provided, but in that case, even if the reposter does take effort translating the piece, the original author may still take issue with that. But then if everybody does things properly, there won’t be these zkpop people…

Mm, here we can actually modify the posting date and time as if it’s published earlier than the ‘real’ one (or schedule it to a later date). But they start posting “RAW” recaps instead, like seriously?? If it’s any consolation, its FB page has fewer than 100 likes, so hopefully people know better places to read recaps than that bogus site.

Anyway, showing support is the least i can do as fellow blogger 😉
